A Shamanic Training in the Four Directions
Walking the Sacred Wheel is a transformational shamanic training that guides you through the Four Sacred Directions—South, West, North, and East. Each direction offers a unique initiation into healing, shadow work, ancestral wisdom, and visionary consciousness.
Rooted in earth-based spirituality and ancient shamanic teachings, this training invites you into direct relationship with the elements, archetypes, and energies of the Medicine Wheel. As you walk the circle, you will release what no longer serves, reclaim your power, and align with your soul’s purpose—learning not just the teachings of shamanism, but how to live them.
This is a path of remembrance, embodiment, and deep spiritual connection.
South – The Serpent’s Path Healing, release, shedding, embodiment
West – The Jaguar’s Gate
Shadow work, death/rebirth, inner truth
North – The Humminbird’s Wisdom
Elders, lineage, clarity, teachings
East – The Eagle’s Vision
Vision, spirit, new beginnings
SOUTH — Healing & Embodiment
Theme: Releasing the past · Reclaiming the body · Extensive Chakra Work
Chakra: Root (1st) & Sacral (2nd)

Archetype: The Healer / The Child
Medicine: Shedding old skins, restoring vitality, grounding into the body
Description:
The South is the place of beginnings and healing. Here, we tend to old wounds, reconnect with the body, and release what no longer serves. Like the Serpent, we shed the past and learn to walk forward renewed and grounded. Learn to Journey for healing and to start working with your Kuyas, (healing stones), and your Mesa, (healing bundle), to begin your walk within the Sacred Medicine Wheel.
WEST — Transformation & Shadow
Theme: Death & rebirth · Shadow work · Emotional truth
Chakra: Solar Plexus (3rd)
Element: Water
Archetype: The Shadow / The Alchemist
Medicine: Courage, emotional depth, personal power
Description:
The West carries the medicine of the shadow, gently bringing what has been hidden into the light. In this direction, we learn to turn inward with courage and compassion, uncovering karmic and ancestral imprints that shape our lives and lineages. We explore how energies such as fear, envy, and anger can affect the energy body, and we practice clearing them through effective extraction techniques. Learn how to remove imprints, crystallized energy, attachments, & cording. You will be adding more Kuyas to your Mesa and further your ability to Journey for yourself and others.
NORTH — Wisdom & Integration
Theme: Ancestral teachings · Clarity · Sacred knowledge

Element: Air
Archetype: The Elder / The Teacher
Medicine: Gratitude, patience, embodied wisdom
Description:
The North carries the wisdom of the ancestors and the teachings of those who walked before us. Here, we integrate our experiences, open the heart, and learn to carry our medicine with humility and responsibility. We will be working intimately with our wounded inner child in order to become our Sacred Healer! Here we learn the art of soul retrieval; how to recover the parts of our souls which have fragmented off due to grief or trauma so that we may feel wholeness and balance in our lives.
EAST — Vision & Spirit
Theme: Awakening · Purpose · New beginnings
Chakra: Throat (5th), Third Eye (6th) & Crown (7th)
Element: Fire
Archetype: The Visionary / The Mystic
Medicine: Clarity, inspiration, spiritual connection
Description:
The East is the direction of the rising sun and higher vision. With Eagle medicine, we rise above the story of the past to see clearly, speak our truth, and align with spirit. This is where purpose is revealed and new paths are born. This is the place of re-birth and we learn to be a mid-wife to the dying. We will also be covering dense extraction removal techniques.

*Must commit to ALL four directions. Payment for each direction must be submitted 1 week prior to class. There are only 6 spots for each group in order to keep the class intimate.
*Class supplies to bring before each class: Before the 1st class a 30”x30” mesa cloth & pendulum. Before each class, 3 stones/crystals for your mesa, and warm clothes according to the weather.
