Lughnasadh, also known as Lammas, is a time that allows us to celebrate & reflect on the cycles of the season that have just passed: seed, growth & now the Harvest.
This marks a celebration of the beginning of the harvest and gratitude for the fruits we have sewn since the Spring.
This is a time of celebration, gratitude & reflection.
As the magick of the season quietly slows, we honor this next turn of the Wheel Sabbat.
This is a fantastic time to reflect on the cycles of life & the interplay of seed, growth, & now harvest.
I invite you to join me in honoring Lughnasadh in sacred sister ceremony on Saturday, August 1st from 1 to 3pm CST at The Institute of Light & Wellness Studio in Racine.
What To Expect:
We will open ceremony at 1pm with a beautiful Lughnasadh invocation followed by some movement and breath-work to help us tune in. There will be an altar dedicated to Lughnasadh, so please feel free to bring crystals, herbs, totems, flowers, etc. The circle opens and closes with community sharing & connection.
Light refreshments served.

Please join us for a beautiful Reiki Circle with Sound Bath on Sunday 8/2/2026 from 11am-12pm. We will start off with a guided meditation by Jill that leads us to heal & release the concerns and troubles from your week while we are graced with a Sound Bath by Lisa. Reiki Master, Jill , will go to everyone in the circle and give them a Reiki Attunement and lastly we will all pulse Reiki energy to our circle. This is the perfect event if you have never experienced Reiki and always wanted to or if you need to feel rejuvenated from your week! The combination of a guided meditation, a Reiki Attunement and collective energy is a powerful way to unwind and find balance.

This healing spirit circle welcomes all levels of those who have gifts of intuition, mediumship, and psychic ability...
The intent is to create a safe, protected, non-judgemental and comfortable space to share and practice our gifts. To increase and hone your gifts, it is like building a muscle, so exercise your abilities!
Natalie will begin the circle with an invocation & prayer. After, we will take turns giving our impressions, messages or whatever we receive from spirit for each person present. Depending on the size of the group, we may not all get to receive readings from every person.
If you aren't comfortable being read, or are not comfortable sharing messages at first, you are still welcome to attend If you feel believe you have gifts. You are welcome to observe, take notes on your intuition, and perhaps things you learn during the class.
Natalie will lead the circle, and share her guidance and wisdom garnered over 20 years of practice. However, everyone is welcome to share.
This is a support group, spirit & healing circle.
Natalie Benoit has been Reiki since 1999, and master teacher since 2009.
She is also an Health Intuitive, Interfaith Minister, and is an extremely well versed holistic wellness coach.

This is a one-day Access Bars® Certification Class. This class offers you the space to pause, breathe, let go of the noise, and remember what is possible for you. You are the architect of your reality with the ability to truly make change. What have you been wanting to create? Where have you been waiting for permission outside of yourself to not just live, but be alive? What possibilities await?
What are Bars? There are 32 points or “Bars” on the head. Activating these points by lightly touching them and allowing the energy to flow through these Bars releases the electrical charge that holds all of the considerations, thoughts, beliefs, decisions, emotions, or attitudes you have stored. After a Bars session the worst case is you feel like you had a relaxing massage. But the best case? It changes your life.
In this class, you’ll learn how to run Bars (a gentle, hands-on technique, that clears mental clutter, creates ease, and aids in relaxation), you will give and receive 2 sessions and leave with tools you can use to create the life you desire. At the end of class, you will receive your Access Bars Certification allowing you to immediately start offering sessions to clients.
