We start with an introduction and then a grounding meditation.
We will then split up into groups to take turns giving (if attuned) and receiving Reiki.
This event is open to any person interested in Reiki. If you haven’t taken a Reiki class, please come to receive Reiki and be part of a beautiful community!

Welcome to Mabon & the Fall Equinox Ceremony! + Explore & Discover Your Goddess Archetype w/ Karina Ramsey
Mabon represents the mid-point of equal day & equal night.
During this time our ancestors were reaping the rewards of a second harvest.
Mabon represents the 2nd of the 3 harvests, symbolizing a time of gratitude, reflection, & release.
At our last ceremony, Lughnasadh/Lammas (the first harvest), we celebrated the most abundant time of the year.
Now, we honor the shifting of the seasons yet again.
This time ~ feeling into the chill of the evenings air, the earlier sunsets, & the changing of the colors of nature.
Alongside our Mabon & Fall Equinox ceremony, we will be guided through a sacred journey of discovering our Goddess Archetype by our sis-star, Karina Ramsey! Through meditation, journaling, and ritual, we’ll explore the wisdom of seven Greek Goddesses — Demeter, Lilith, Aphrodite, Hestia, Artemis, Athena, and Hecate — and connect with the one that is calling to us at this time. You’ll receive handouts, engage in intentional reflection, and take part in a beautiful ritual with candles, symbols, and blessings to honor both where you’ve been and who you are becoming.

I invite you to join me in honoring Mabon & the Fall Equinox in sacred sister ceremony on Saturday, September 20th from 1 to 3pm at The Institute of Light in Racine.
What To Expect:
We will open ceremony at 1pm with a beautiful Mabon invocation followed by some movement and breath-work to help us tune in.
Lisa Damm will tune us in with a beautiful sound healing session!
Karina Ramsey will guide us through discovering our Goddess Archetype!
There will be an altar dedicated to Lughnasadh & the Goddess Archetypes, so please feel free to bring crystals, herbs, totems, flowers, goddess statues etc.
The circle opens and closes with community sharing & connection.
Complimentary Flow Alkaline Spring Water included.

Sound Experience in the trees at Petrified Springs Park!
Join Lisa Damm, certified sound healer, for guided sounds where you will hear and feel the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments around you. Bring a yoga mat, or blanket if you prefer to lay down.
Park in the parking lot before the South entrance to park where the dog park and Beer garden is. Parking lot is on Petrifying Springs Road. Park and walk towards the bigs trees and the crystal bowls, ( on the map it’s the Parkside X Country Course)

In this immersive Shadow Work Workshop, we will dive deep into Carl Jung’s 7 Wounded Child Archetypes For Survival, gaining powerful insight into the survival patterns we've carried since childhood—and how they still shape our lives today.
What to Expect:
A guided exploration of Jung’s 7 archetypes and how they relate to your personal shadow
A gentle and powerful Inner Child Meditation to connect with your younger self
A healing journaling activity to explore and express your wounded inner child
A meaningful art project to honor and creatively engage with your inner child
A supportive, judgment-free space for reflection, release, and reconnection
This workshop is designed for those who are ready to gently uncover the roots of their emotional wounds, move beyond limiting patterns, reveal your main filter of how you are perceiving things that are happening to you and begin a deeper relationship with their most authentic self.
No experience with shadow work, meditation, or art is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Embrace the Light Within through Embodied Light Language
Cheryl from A Sacred Channel will guide us into the world of light. Join us
for a fun and mystical journey with meditation, light language, toning, journaling, and conversation. Everyone is welcome, this event is fun for all levels.
When Cheryl channels the vibration coming through her flows to the receiver. The sacred language from the universe is channeled with both light language-sound and light codes-symbols.
Light language is sound vibrations with patterns that can help heal both the conscious and subconscious connections of the mind. The words channeled may sound like ancient languages that the soul resonates with. Light Language and codes hold information that our soul understands. Sound Patterns seem to sing to the receiver's soul giving guidance, love, comfort, and direction. Codes-symbols are powerful tools to help evolve and change the body and soul. It truly can be a mystical journey within when we have an open heart and mind.
Cheryl is a reiki master and channeler of the light. She has activated many Starseeds in our community and in surrounding area's .

Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra experience with certified Yoga Teacher Karina Ramsey, where our intention will be focused on cultivating healthy sleep hygiene. Through a guided meditation paired with gentle sound healing, provided by Lisa Damm, You’ll be invited to fully relax and reset while resting comfortably on yoga mats and pillows.
